Join our monthly membership to receive year-round savings on cosmetic injectables.  This membership is a no risk, loyalty program that deposits monthly payments of $100 into your patient wallet to be used on any cosmetic injectable treatment during the year.  Your monthly draft is used at your discretion any time throughout the year.

Terms and Conditions:

This is a 6-month minimum contract. A 30-day notice must be given for cancellation, and membership may be cancelled at any time.  If the membership is cancelled before the 6-month minimum, there is a $75 cancellation fee.

A $100 deposit will be due at signing and added to the patient wallet. The monthly deposit will be automatically drafted on the numeric date of the initial draft.  For example, if the membership begins on September 8, all monthly payments are drafted on the 8th.  For this reason, the membership can only be activated between the 1st and 28th each month.

It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure the card has adequate funds and is not expired.  Nouveau is not notified if the card is declined due to insufficient funds or expiration. If the card is declined, the membership is automatically cancelled, and a new contract must be signed.

The monthly membership fee of $100 rolls over each month and does not expire.

Members agree to be billed on a monthly basis.
