A native of Columbia, SC, Ashley is a graduate of AC Flora High School and the University of South Carolina where she earned her B.S. in Exercise Science in 2006. Shortly thereafter, she embarked on her journey to become a registered nurse. She built a foundation in cardiology at South Carolina Heart Center and Columbia Heart before pursuing aesthetic medicine and earning her Master of Science in Nursing. She is a double board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has four years experience in aesthetics. She specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella, Sculptra, and Morpheus 8, and she is a trained laser provider in Lumecca IPL, YAG, and Alexandrite lasers.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ashley is a mother to three active children—Taylor (15), Rocco (13), and Brewer (11)—and enjoys spending weekends with her husband, Matt, and family traveling or at the children’s sporting events.

Amy Bowen is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, a National Trainer with Allergan, and the owner of Nouveau Facial Aesthetics, with locations in Columbia and Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. With more than 20 years of nursing experience, including the last 10 as a Nurse Practitioner, Amy blends clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver personalized, safe, and results-driven care. Before founding Nouveau in 2023, she worked in a thriving medical spa, served as a clinical instructor for the University of South Carolina College of Nursing, and conducted private aesthetic trainings for providers across the region. Passionate about the art of aesthetic medicine, Amy specializes in full facial assessment and balancing to enhance each patient’s natural beauty. She also mentors fellow injectors, focusing on technique, confidence, and patient communication to build trust and lasting results. Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, sipping great coffee, and spending time with her husband, Brandon, and her four children, Reese, Jack, Cole, and James, along with their golden doodles, Bristol and Brady.

Colby Grande is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector with a passion for helping patients feel confident, healthy, and empowered in their own skin. A Columbia native and proud University of South Carolina alumna, Colby began her career in the Mother/Baby Unit at Baptist Hospital (now Prisma) before spending several years in Obstetrics and Gynecology, where she developed a deep appreciation for women’s health and patient-centered care. Since earning her Master of Science in Nursing in 2011, she has dedicated over a decade to caring for patients of all ages and now brings that same compassion and expertise to the world of aesthetics. When she’s not in the clinic, Colby enjoys cheering on the Gamecocks, playing tennis, relaxing at the lake, and spending time with her husband, Michael, and their three children, Reid, Ellie, and Ben.In 2011, Colby earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Carolina. For over a decade, she has cared for patients of all ages in both family and pediatric practice settings. Her passion for aesthetics grew naturally from her dedication to helping patients feel confident, healthy, and empowered in their own skin.
